From the Office of the W.I.S.E. Team......

This year W.I.S.E. students completed projects using Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Publisher, and Kidspiration.  They have also become experts in the areas of graphing, creating brochures and other innovative print pieces, designing spreadsheets and implementing formulas, and making oral presentations.  They strengthened their logic and reasoning skills, exercised their abilities to do mental math, and developed creative writing techniques used in marketing and advertising.  Overall, it has been an exciting year of learning for all of our W.I.S.E. students!

                                                                                                                           

We look forward to another year to further enrich our W.I.S.E. students and enhance their overall educational experience.  To further strengthen their newly learned skills, suggested activities were sent home for W.I.S.E. students to complete over the summer vacation.  These are optional activities, but we encourage our students to try some of them, and bring in their finished products to share with us in September.
