This site is part of a district subscription and offers everything from typing practice to learning tutorials featuring different technology and programs; from microsoft word, to powerpoint and beyond. Each grade level from 1-5 has a bank of activities for students to use and enjoy at home. To access the site students will put in their student i.d with a zero at the beginning, and then their birthdate as their password, with the four numbers of their birth year- for example June 1, 2000 would be 06012000.

Starfall

Geared to the K-2 learner, this reading and language arts site features short online stories, reading games and vowel practice. Each level in the menu features new and exciting reading opportunities for the developing reader.

World Book for Kids

This branch of world book is perfect for the K-3 researcher. This site is part of an online Wayne subscription, and is a wonderful vehicle for searching for anything from animals to government. The unsername is wayne2, and the password is 07470.

Enchanted Learning

This site is great option for research and has many wonderful printable visuals suitable for reports and projects.

The Username to access this site is 'wayneschools' and the password is 'wayne'.

 

Fact Monster

A great option for the more advanced researcher, this site is a wonderful research

location for just about any project you can think of!

Noodletools

A site used in the Fourth and Fifth grades to help master citing sources for research projects.

Noodlebib MLA starter is best for this site.
