SPECIAL NOTICE TO SENIORS AND
THEIR PARENTS
The Senior Class Trip to Dorney Park is
scheduled for June 2.  As this is a school-sponsored event,
all those attending must be transported as a class and in
school vehicles.  Any students choosing to transport
themselves to the park on June 2 will be considered truant
and receive cuts in all classes missed.

CONGRATULATIONS

to Sugam Sarin on earning the distinction of New Jersey Scholar and being selected from a state-wide pool of applicants to participate in the New Jersey Scholars Class of 2008.  This is a highly competitive, inter-disciplinary academic summer program which requires an extensive application, interview and selection process.

CONGRATULATIONS

to Katey Sabo on her selection to represent Wayne Valley in the Governors School of the Arts Program in the area of Dance.  Katey successfully demonstrated her competence in an intensive application and audition process and is recognized as one of the top young dancers in the state.

to Sarina Mitchel on earning Second Honors in the Congressional Art Show at Montclair State University in April.  This juried art show is sponsored by Congressman William Pascrell

Applications are now being accepted for editorial positions for EMBERS 2009

Pick up an application outside of the Main Office

  Time is running out!  Embers 2008 can still be ordered through May 15th- Checks for $95.00 payable to Wayne Valley Embers should be returned with order form to Mrs. Courter or a yearbook rep.  After this date, you must wait until after distribution of books to see if extras are available!
