Welcome to the Mustang Team!

Welcome to the 7th grade Mustang Team.  We look forward to working together to achieve effective study habits, high-quality work, and positive attitudes. 

Whether as an individual, pair, or group, students will hone their skills by engaging in varied activities throughout the course of the year.  In language arts, students will sharpen their reading and critical thinking strategies as well as writing and research abilities.  These skills will be reinforced in social studies as students focus on connecting major events in 20th century United States history with current global issues.

In mathematics, students practice a range of skills from problem solving and geometry to preparation for algebra.  Through science, students will explore the full spectrum of life on earth, from bacteria to humans.  No matter what the subject, as Mustangs, dedication to academics, preparedness, positive interactions, and practicing tolerance towards others are of the utmost importance. 

We want the 7th grade experience to be a valuable and memorable one for all members of our team.  We look forward to a successful year!
