Technology is defined as the application of knowledge in order to solve given problems.  In the Anthony Wayne Middle School technology lab, students use concepts of science, math and social studies to find solutions to activities ranging from aerodynamics and hydrodynamics to structural design.  Utilizing the latest in technology, students are given the opportunity to design and test inventions on the computer, then build working models of their designs.  Through use of Lego Mindstorm instrumentation, students learn elementary and advanced concepts in robotic design and system analysis.
