What is Quiz Bowl?

Quiz Bowl is an academic club advised by Mrs. Hannon and Mrs. Cielusniak, where players answer questions from all areas of knowledge including history, literature, science, fine arts, current events, sports, and popular culture and compete against other local, state, and national teams.

The Quiz Bowl team is led by senior captain Allison Berstein. 

Quiz Bowl participates in various events throughout the year including  3-2-1 (an online competition), an in-person competition hosted by Colonia High School, and a friendly match with Hills - the cross town rivals.  The team hopes to better last year's third place finish at the Colonia competition.  When the Quiz Bowl team is not competing, they are engaged in diverse activities that review material in categories such as biology, geography, literature, pop culture and more - in order to prepare the team for academic battles.
