The RC Dismissal Form for 2023-2024 must be completed for each child attending Randall Carter for the 2023-2024 school year. This is an extremely important document as students will be dismissed accordingly on the first day of school.
Your child's independent reading level informs you of your child’s “just right’ reading level, a level where your child can read comfortably with fluency and understanding. "Knowing Your Reader" and "Reading Comprehension Questions" will help you and your child with their reading fluency.

(Wayne, New Jersey) - The Wayne Township Board of Education is proud to announce the appointment of Nicole Gibbs as Assistant Principal of Student Support Services. Ms. Gibbs has held teaching and leadership positions on all levels and has previously worked in the Paterson School District. As an administrator and former teacher, Ms. Gibbs has extensive experience supporting students both inside and outside the classroom.
(Wayne, New Jersey) - The Wayne Township Board of Education is proud to announce the appointment of Jaye Schaffer, as Assistant Principal of Wayne Valley High School. Mrs. Schaffer earned her Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics Secondary Education from The College of New Jersey, and she holds a Master’s degree in Educational Technology and Leadership from Lamar University.
