June 14, 2019 Dear Parents, Guardians, and Students: After many years of work and evaluation, our high schools are in position to open the next school year with a block schedule. The block schedule is an exciting change that will provide our students and teachers a number of benefits, but it comes with expectations for additional academic responsibility because a block schedule resembles what high school students will experience in college due to the fact that classes do not meet every day.

We are very proud to produce this end-of-year newsletter to celebrate the accomplishments of our graduating class, but to also celebrate a successful school year, and to thank all of our residents for your support of our school system.
