Back to School Form Online Process for 2022-2023.
For the 2022-2023 school year, Wayne Township Public Schools will utilize OnCourse Connect to manage our Back to School Form process. All District Policy form acknowledgements will BE COMPLETED ONLINE.
ONE Primary Parent/Guardian MUST acknowledge the three Back to School Forms and District Policies for the 2022-2023 school year.
- 1-2022-2023 District Policy Information for Parents Form (the below forms are now included on the District Policy form):
- G-Suite Consent Form *must be completed before chromebook can be issued to student
- Student Chromebook Agreement for all grades K - 12 *must be completed before chromebook can be issued to student
- Covid Notification Attestation
- 2-Parental Consent to Survey and PPRA Notice
- 3-Photo Name Release Agreement
Note1: Any changes to any parent/guardian information should be made following these OnCourse Connect directions.
Note2: Any updates for any health information, must be sent directly to your school nurse. Nurse contact information can be found on the Health Services page under Contacts (on the right hand side).

Step 1: Sign Into OnCourse Connect
Please log into your Parent/Guardian OnCourse Connect Account at http://wayne.oncourseconnect.com/.
You must use your Parent/Guardian account.**This process MUST be completed on a computer. This will not work on mobile devices or tablets.**
After log in, you will view a message that instructs you to begin the Annual Registration/Back to School Form process for all students on your account.

Step 2: Select the school year
School Year tab: Select the current school year

Step 3: Acknowledge the Consent Forms
Consent Form tab: Acknowledge the 3 forms listed using the dropdown menu and check the box on the bottom.

Step 4: Electronic Signature
Electronic Signature: Check the box, sign and date to acknowledge that you have read the WTPS Back to School forms and then hit SUBMIT REGISTRATION.

I forgot my password or username
- If you have forgotten your password or username, or do not know either one, please click Forgot Password (see image below).
- You can also go to Family Links > OnCourse Connect > Retrieve Parent/Guardian Username and/or Password for further instructions for login help. Do not call your school building. Do not email OnCourse.

I am a new parent to the district and I never received a username or password.
OnCourse usernames are automatically assigned to Primary Guardians upon registering your child. To retrieve your username and set up a password, please follow the steps listed under Retrieve Parent/Guardian Username and/or Password.

How do I know that I completed the Back to School Form Acknowledgement Process?
If you have successfully completed the Back to School Form Acknowledgement Process, you will be able to see your student's OnCourse Connect dashboard again.
Student information, such as username, password, teacher assignment, locker info, and guidance counselor can also be found here.

I have more than one child in WTPS
If you have more than one child, after you complete the first child, you will be directed to the next child until you have acknowledged the Back to School forms for all of the students on your account.

Do both Primary Guardians need to acknowledge the forms?
Only one Primary Parent/Guardian that is connected to the student needs to acknowledge the Back to School forms for the new school year.

I need to update contact information for my student.
Contact information can't be updated in the Back to School Form Acknowledgement process. After you have completed this process, you will be able to update information. Review the directions for Updating Parent/Guardian/Student Contact information.

When are schedules/teacher assignments being released?
August 24, 2022 after 3pm
You will not have access to your child's 2022-2023 teacher information/schedule until the online Back to School Form acknowledgement process has been completed.

Where do I find my student's schedule/teacher assignment?
Schedules/Teacher Assignments will be available August 24, 2022 after 3pm.
If you have completed the Annual Registration/Back to School form acknowledgement process, you will be able to view your student's teacher assignment in OnCourse Connect when they are released under STUDENT INFO > Additional Information and their new schedule under SCHEDULE.
