Q: OnCourse Connect repeatedly asks me to change my password when logging in.
A: Part of the process is not being done correctly. Please follow these steps below.

• Go to OnCourse Connect (http://wayne.oncourseconnect.com) on a desktop/laptop computer.
• When you get to the OnCourse Connect Login Screen - enter your username and your new password into the Guardian side fields.
  Note: Your username has three letters followed by 8 numbers.
  IT IS NOT YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS.
