  • Matthew Mignanelli Appointed as Director of Secondary Education

    October 30, 2020 - The Wayne Township Board of Education is proud to announce the appointment of Mr. Matthew Mignanelli as Director of Secondary Education. He will assume his new position on or before December 1, 2020. Superintendent of Schools, Dr. Mark Toback, noted, “We are thrilled to have Mr. Mignanelli join our central office team. As the interview process moved forward with a number of strong candidates, Mr. Mignanelli emerged as the top choice.   • Letter from the Superintendent - October 27, 2020

    Dear Parents, Guardians, and Students: As reports make their way to our District regarding large-scale parties held this past weekend and others planned for this upcoming weekend, I would like to remind all members of our school community that such events may lead to our inability to continue with in-person instruction.   • Important Announcement Regarding Election Week

    Election week represents a challenge due to the fact that schools are closed for election day (November 3rd) and then again for the NJEA Convention (November 5th and 6th). Wednesday, November 4th is already scheduled as a Virtual Day. To allow for deep cleaning and other health and safety measures, we are scheduling Monday, November 2nd as a VIRTUAL DAY for all students and staff. All school buildings will be closed to the public throughout this week.
