OnCourse Student Attendance App
OnCourse Student Attendance App
The OnCourse Attendance mobile app is a companion to the OnCourse Student Information System.
The OnCourse Attendance app allows teachers to mark students’ attendance, and enter excuse codes and comments from your phone or tablet.
Download the app. Click on 'Using Single Sign On?' and enter 'wayne'. Then use your District username and password for access.

OnCourse Attendance Mobile App
The OnCourse SIS (Student Information System) mobile app is a companion to the OnCourse SIS System.
It allows administrators and staff to use their phone or table to quickly and easily view student, guardian, and staff records whenever they need.
Download the app. Click on 'Using Single Sign On?' and enter 'wayne'. Then use your District username and password for access.

Tips:
- Print On R.C. = Staff prints on report card
- Primary = Primary teacher of thes section (there MUST be at least one teacher marking Primary in every section.)
- Any teacher linked in a section has access to all the students in the section. If the teacher just needs access, do not check off Print On R.C. and Primary.

NOTE: Buildings can change phone and emails for parents/guardians. No Student Help Desk Ticket is needed.

NOTE: If a parent uses the Contact Change Request module through OnCourse for a student address change, you will need to ask for and review the residency documentation before accepting the change/hitting SAVE. Once you hit SAVE, the student address will update in the live record in OnCourse automatically. The parent/guardian addresses, however, do NOT change automatically. Please put in a Student Help Desk ticket so that the parent/guardians address can be updated if the parent/guardian has not submitted this change as well in the Contact Change Request module.
