Photo and Auto Students Team Up On Wayne Ford Project

Photo and Auto Students Team Up On Project

Wayne Hills Photo students, and Automotive Technology students from both Hills and Valley, worked together recently to update the customer waiting lounge photo gallery at Wayne Ford. The gallery, along with other areas of the Sales and
Service Departments, were originally decorated with pictures taken by previous Photo students, and installed with help from previous Auto students. The project was the idea of Wayne Ford owner, Dave Nappa, when the new dealership was constructed, in order to display the work of our students.

Hills Photo students attended a number of local car shows during warmer months, taking pictures of both car features, and entire cars. A number of those photos, highlighting mostly Ford products, were selected for display, printed, and installed at the dealership during a joint field trip that involved Photo and Auto students working together. The students were also provided with a tour of the
dealership, and lunch, provided by the dealership.

Wayne Ford has been an Automotive Technology program partner for over 15 years, and has consistently supported the program in many ways.
