  • Directing Parents to Parent Portal If they are having OnCourse Connect login issues. HOWEVER, they should first go to FAMILY LINKS > ONCOURSE CONNECT to review the documentation. 
  • HELP TICKETS: When Do I Need to Submit a Help Ticket For A Student?
    • Any change in address for student and parents/guardians
    • Any grade level change
    • Any program or classification change
    • Any Residence School, Attending School, Receiving School changes
    • Any exits
    • NOTE: Buildings can change phone and emails for parents/guardians. No Student Help Desk Ticket is needed.
    • NOTE: If a parent uses the Contact Change Request module through OnCourse for a student address change, you will need to ask for and review the residency documentation before accepting the change/hitting SAVE. Once you hit SAVE, the student address will update in the live record in OnCourse automatically. The parent/guardian addresses, however, do NOT change automatically. Please put in a Student Help Desk ticket so that the parent/guardians address can be updated if the parent/guardian has not submitted this change as well in the Contact Change Request module.
