2nd Grade Students

3/13/2020

Dear 2nd Grade Parents,

In preparation for possible remote learning, all 2nd-grade students have already been sent home with several books, workbooks, and login cards which are for Classlink and Raz-Kidz.  Please remember that in the event that school is in session, these materials should be brought back and forth with them.

In the coming days, students will be provided with additional resources. These include a 10-day instructional packet for both Literacy and Math. ESL and Resource students will be provided with supplemental packets.

By accessing “class link” from the Wayne Schools or Pines Lake websites, students have access to multiple online resources.  Classlink will give your child access to the math program: Pearson Easy Bridge, the science program: NG Connect, PebbleGo, Discovery Education, Brainpop, and many other great programs.

Please make sure your child keeps reading, practicing their facts, counting money, telling time to the 5 minute, and place value.

If you have any questions, please email your classroom teacher between 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Thank you for your support and cooperation.

Sincerely,

The Second Grade Team
