2020-2021 Annual Re-Verification and Back to School Form Process

Dear Parents/Guardians,

Please read through all the pertinent information below.

Annual Re-Verification & Back to School Form Acceptance has been activated in OnCourse ConnectPlease use your parent/guardian username and password to log in to OnCourse Connect. You will be prompted to go through the Annual Re-Verification process and accept the Back to School forms.
 
Note that some parents may have been able to complete this process earlier in the week before there were system issues.
 
IF YOU DO NOT SEE FORMS, please check the Other Student Data tab in OnCourse Connect and look for the Back to School form fields. If the fields are filled out as in the below screenshot, you have completed the process.

IF YOU DO NOT SEE FORMS and you do not see anything in the Back to School form fields, please email parentportal@wayneschools.com


2020-2021 Back to School forms to view: If you would like to view the Back to School forms before accepting them through OnCourse Connect, you may find them on the district website under FAMILY LINKS > Back to School Forms 2020-2021. Additional forms such as Free & Reduced Lunch Application, Student Accident Insurance Form link, the 20/21 notifications for annual asbestos and pest management can also be found here.

Help with parent logins/passwords: Please refer to the OnCourse Connect section on our District website for any issues regarding retrieving your username and/or password, located under FAMILY LINKS > ONCOURSE CONNECT. Any additional issues regarding your login or account can be directed to parentportal@wayneschools.com
