Out of an abundance of caution and with student safety as our highest priority, Randall Carter Elementary School has been temporarily relocated due to a loss of electricity and water flow at the school building as a result of utility issues affecting the surrounding area.

Please be assured that all students are safe, supervised, and being well cared for by our faculty and staff. Instructional activities and student services will continue in a safe and structured environment at the relocation site.

Here is the information regarding today's dismissal:

Dismissal today will take place at our alternate location
There will be NO aftercare services today due to the relocation.
Please have your ID ready in order to pick up your student(s)
Student that normally have bus transportation will get transported home
Any additional information regarding dismissal procedures will be communicated directly to families to ensure a smooth and orderly process.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work through this unexpected situation. The safety and well-being of our students and staff remain our top priority.
