Following a comprehensive period of stakeholder engagement, the Board, in partnership with Comegno Educational Institute, has finalized the job advertisement, marking a significant step forward in this crucial process.
Recognizing the vital importance of community input in identifying the ideal leader for Wayne Public Schools, the Board prioritized gathering feedback from a diverse range of stakeholders. Over 900 parents, teachers, staff, and students participated in our comprehensive online survey, providing invaluable insights into the qualities and characteristics desired in our next Superintendent. These surveys, combined with the rich discussions and perspectives shared during both in-person and online community forums, have provided a solid foundation for understanding the community's vision for the future leadership of our schools.
