Due to the forecasted extreme heat temperatures expected tomorrow, Tuesday, May 19, Wayne Township Public Schools will operate on a minimal day schedule, resulting in early dismissal for all students.

We wanted to notify families and staff as soon as possible so that appropriate child care and transportation arrangements can be made in advance.

The health, safety, and well-being of our students and staff remain our top priority. District administration will continue to monitor weather conditions and building environments throughout the day.

We appreciate your understanding, flexibility, and continued support as we work together to ensure a safe and comfortable learning environment for everyone.

Thank you for your support and understanding.

Please note: Aftercare will be operating utilizing air conditioned portions of the building.
